SharePoint Senior Specialist (m/f)

thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide.  We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). We are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing technical support for the SP2010 & SP2016 farm as well as SharePoint Online related issues
  • Delivering complexity of site and collaboration solution ranging from simple (document sharing, out-of-box functionalities, layout of reports) to complex solutions (portals, business process workflow and tracking)
  • Collaborating with internal clients to understand and design their process automation and workflow needs
  • Managing projects and deliverables to ensure timely delivery of commitments

Your profile

  • Good experience in designing and managing Nintex Forms and Workflows
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual Studio, SharePoint API and Client Object Model
  • Experience in Office365 Solutions (e.g. Power Apps/Flow) will be an asset
  • Creative yet analytical solution provider with deep focus on process automation
  • Great communication skills with non-IT/technical users
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Eager to deliver high quality results by implementing best practices and setting benchmarks
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English
  • German will be an asset
