Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation is seeking a Manager - Spare Parts Catalog for its Atlanta, GA office. This role is responsible for building a new spare parts catalog and developing spare parts life cycle management processes with the North America and Global teams.

  • Build a Spare Parts Catalog - thyssenkrupp & Non-thyssenKrupp Parts
  • Develop New Spare Part Master Data Attributes – Severity Coding, Replacement Items etc
  • Clean Spare Parts Master Data with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance
  • Integrate Spare Parts Catalog to The Global Spare Parts Catalog Tool and the Field Services ERP
  • Publish and Maintain the Spare Parts Catalog on a Bi Weekly/Monthly Basis
  • Define and Control Out of Spares Catalog Ordering Processes
  • Work Closely with the Americas / Global Product Life-cycle Group to Develop Spare Parts Life-cycle Processes and Tools
  • Coordinate Field Service Bulletins, Engineering Change Orders and Inventory Reworks for Spare Parts

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • 10+ years’ experience in field service operations with superior TKE and non TKE product knowledge – elevators, escalators, moving walkways etc.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, new product introduction (NPI) and end of life (EOL) processes
  • Strong understanding of supply chain master data creation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of spare parts sourcing and purchasing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources
  • Solid ERP Experience – Either Oracle or SAP and AS400
