Operating from numerous service centers throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific enables us to aggregate demand across a single supply chain on behalf of the world’s leading OEM’s.

Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Aerospace is looking Regional Account Manager who will provide leadership, coaching, and direction to TMX Aerospace Customer Service Team Members. Facilitates short and long range workload planning by effective staffing and resource allocation. Ensures that policies, procedures, and standards are in conformance with TMX Customer Service goals.

To be considered for this Job, you MUST have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
  • Solid computer skills beyond the basic level
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills; ability to resolve problems successfully; demonstrated ability to plan own work, work of direct reports and team/individual projects.
  • Handle disciplinary action with tact
  • Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
  • Willing to travel, as needed
  • Availability to work additional hours as required to accomplish goals established for the individual in this position , i.e. off-site meetings, travel

We prefer you have:

  • College degree
  • Experience in the aerospace industry, especially in a customer service, sales, or purchasing role
  • Good computers skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment 
  • Previous Leadership exposure/experience (not required)
