thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced  Sales Support Coordinator in Atlanta, GA.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Generate high-quality, accurate quotes upon request from the sales staff
  • Build strong employee to employee relationships with internal customers
  • Creatively develop solutions to improve the speed and utility of the Inside Sales role
  • Work to improve the data integrity and functionality of the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application
  • Ensure all quoting activity is reported in CRM accurately and correctly
  • Act as a sponsor for change as new facets of the CRM/BigMachines applications are published
  • Use CRM software to input customer information, log created proposals and run sales reports
  • Assist account managers with the generation of sales proposals and renewals of maintenance contracts
  • Assist account managers and sales manager in developing customer presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • A cultivated attention to detail
