Your responsibilities

Will lead the management, planning, analysis, and implementation of information services
across the Company.

 

Project Scheduler/ planner will be responsible to support the PMO team for project planning and technical cutover planning and schedule management. Also responsible for test management for any testing cycles

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working with business leadership, IT and other key stakeholders to prepare business case justifications for proposed initiatives
  • Responsible for project planning to support PMO and maintaining the schedule for the lifecycle of the program. Responsible for both overall program plan as well as business cutover plan
  • Produce project metrics based on overall plan for PMO as well as Steering Committee for progress review. Provide detailed status of tasks and milestone as and when requested by PMO and Steering Committee
  • Identifying and raising issues and risks created by cross-team decisions and proposing resolution by working with program team
  • As and when required plan, prepare, schedule, execute, manage and report on testing cycles for the program. Develop testing progress metrics and reports
  • Partnering with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize initiatives based on predefined criteria
  • Incorporating effective change, budgets, issues, deliverables, timelines, scope and risk management controls
  • Developing project-related management and business documents
  • Manage the requirements development, analysis and design, documentation, testing, training and implementation of IT solutions in support of business processes
  • Conducting, documenting and participating in testing and training of systems
  • Documenting business process modifications and working cooperatively with Business Users to train and implement change
  • Other duties as assigned

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Practical experience of 3+ years of project work either as Project Manager or Business Analyst
  • Experience documenting various business processes and system requirements
  • Most have strong technical and business aptitude and ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications (ERP)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Four year degree in related field
