Employee Training Manager - SAP

Your responsibilities

 

To provide a service to all Aerospace operation's plants concerned with organization and implementation of all training programs undertaken by the division. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, safety, lean, manufacturing methods, supervisory development, and material requirements planning.

Owns delivery of end-user training , support communication and Change Management activities.
Owns and responsible for end user onboarding and access maintenance for SAP and related applications.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops, writes and coordinates training manuals working with specialists for specific details (Q.A. Manager, MRP Manager, etc.). The training manuals should include: course content, visual charts, videotapes, slides, etc. Type’s initial and/or final drafts of manuals.
  • Prepares training videotapes and/or films and maintains library of video and film training aids. Schedules training sessions within individual training programs ensuring facility setup, audiovisual setup and employee notification.
  • Introduces topic specialists at the start of training sessions and provides courses that stimulate and motivate attendees. Develops a means of measuring the effectiveness of divisional training programs through testing, etc.
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.
  • Responsible for all employee onboarding, onboarding issues and challenges for corporate tools, SAP and related non SAP applications to support the program initiatives. Also own and work towards swift resolution with the respective support teams
  • Responsible for training documentation and training delivery to end users. Track lessons learned and user issues and build FAQs and best practices to streamline user questions and issues
  • Develop training schedule and execution plan for program requirementsx. Own and execute training delivery for program as well as supporting training initiatives

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years' prior training, teaching, or related personnel experience.
  • Creative ability, writing proficiency, visual graphics design ability.
  • Good organizer, meticulous, and good public speaker at ease moderating large groups.
  • Familiar with SAP application and functionality.

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts
  • Certificate in Adult Training and Development
