Your responsibilities

  • You will oversee the implementation of Business Unit Europe Africa IT service processes; ensuring geographic / functional / service line readiness and ensure realization of targeted benefits
  • You will define and standardize incident, problem and change service models across the region and the assess the impact of new services or changes to existing services in coordination with your stakeholders
  • You will manage outsourced delivery of infrastructure service capabilities and the governance of vendors
  • You will work closely with the regional stakeholders OUs to ensure service delivery in the quality, time and requirements
  • You will participate in project boards and service review meetings
  • You will ensure the use of global, standardized Service Management processes where applicable
  • You will report required data and reports for analysis in order to facilitate project and service monitoring
  • You will align KPI/SLAs/OLAs and make sure they are met especially in our Datacentre and Network providers

 

Your profile

  • University or Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Engineering/Science plus ITIL Qualification or similar qualification
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge in ITIL, IT Infrastructure & cross region services IT Services
  • Experience of outsourcing Infrastructure Services to third party suppliers as well
  • Experience of managing ITIL Processes for a pan- European/global supplier or locals department to get the best Services for thyssenkrupp Elevator Europe Africa
  • Ability communicating technical and production-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
  • You have the willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English is a must
