Your responsibilities

  • You will proactively support our BA CHRO in setting and executing on our global strategic HR agenda
  • You will be working closely with our global HR organization on further improving our HR organization and processes
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of internal and external senior management meetings
  • You will lead sophisticated projects with a broad functional scope (HR, OSH and Labor Relations)
  • You will conduct analyses and researches on a broad range of strategic topics

Your profile

  • We are looking for a candidate with an academic background
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management – ideally in a consulting context
  • Top-notch conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to cope with a great variety and diversity of topics
  • Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships fast and to serve as an integrator with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, German and other languages desirable
  • Willingness to travel globally
