Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator is currently seeking a Service Sales Support Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA.  

 

Responsible for supporting Sales through leadership of CRM Analyst team designed to maximize sales revenue through analytics. This position also leads the inside sales proposal generation team which providing on-the-spot quoting for repair and service opportunities.

 

Essential duties:

 

  • Facilitate and implement a variety of change management initiatives designed to maximize sales revenue potential
  • This individual will support initiatives pertaining to team development, increased sales accountability, enhanced marketing tools, growth, organizational development, and other process enhancements
  • Empowers our sales force by providing on-the-spot quoting ability for repair, service and modernization opportunities
  • Trains, develops, and manages the performance of Regional Quick Quote Administrators
  • Ensures accurate quoting of labor and material in sales proposals through partnership with operations management teams
  • Trains, develops, and manages the performance of CRM Administrators/Analysts
  • Ensure consistent use of all technical sales tools and leadership of team that provides support to all CRM users
  • Perform pre-deployment testing of any changes to technical sales tools, includes developing work instructions, procedures and/or training guidelines supporting new initiatives
  • Prepare short-and-long term sales forecasts; Collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals
  • Supervises Sales Incentive Compensation payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Develops and fosters relationships with branch and region leadership to ensure top-level support by Quick Quote and CRM Team
  • Periodically updates Quick Quotes reference guides with standard labor, material, territories and standards
  • Generates month-end reports on Quick Quote volume in terms of quantity and revenue, provides monthly reports to VP of Service Sales, Region Presidents and SVPs
  • Other duties as assigned

Your profile

  • High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years industry experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in management and/or sales
  • Advanced Skills in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with the ability to build, modify and manipulate spreadsheets and databases perform data extraction, processing, manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with a CRM tool preferred
  • Must be very well organized, have a high energy level, strong work ethic, acute attention to detail and be very process oriented
  • Must be motivated, goal oriented and proactive
  • Ability to identify, own, understand, supervise and delegate to ensure accurate completion under strict timelines with minimal guidance; ability to react well under pressure and willing to accept responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to address business challenges and provide solutions
  • Must be team oriented and have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with employees and customers within and outside the regional office
