Your responsibilities

Summary of Position:

Prepares cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinates the preparation
of cost estimates on project continuations. Estimates the cost of both labor and materials
from blueprints and specifications. Collects information for proper quotations from external
sources and other functions as appropriate.

Key Accountabilities:

· Interpret technical drawings and documents
· Determine required manufacturing equipment and processing
· Estimate raw material cost
· Submit RFQ’s to external vendors as needed
· Estimate COGS and profit margin
· Determine lead times
· Submit quotes to sales staff
· Communicate with manufacturing and QC when necessary
· Embrace, utilize, and employ all sections of AIN Plastics Sales Productivity Process
applicable to your job
· Respond to sales calls, faxes, and emails in a timely manner
· Provide technical assistance to customers
· Satisfy customer service issues
· Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
· Work in a team environment, communicating as required with all personnel
· Assist in quality-related duties where required
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by AIN Plastics and TKMNA
management

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical or financial area of study, or equivalent work experience.
· Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and documents.
· Engineering plastic shape and/or machined part training or experience.
· Basic PC or mainframe skills in order to accurately assemble and process orders and
information in a timely and efficient manner.
