Assistant Controller

Operating from 35 service centers in 15 countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific enables us to aggregate demand across a single supply chain on behalf of the world’s leading OEM’s, while at the same time providing a truly responsive local service to meet the needs of individual subcontractors anywhere in the world.

Your responsibilities

Responsibilities include the development, maintenance and enhancement of financial related
reporting and analyses tools as well as financial database management. Customer focused
interaction with a variety of departments and hierarchy levels within the organization
combined with a solid knowledge of financial analyses and controlling concepts are a key
success factor for this position.


Key Accountabilities:
· Provide support with month-end, forecast and budget reporting process
· Develop and maintain benchmark reporting to measure financial and operating
performance
· Perform regular gap analyses against historic and budgeted data points
· Design and maintain reporting and analyses tools to support executive decision making
process
· Provide support with ad hoc requests for analysis
· Streamlining financial reports (process improvement).

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
· Have 2 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
· Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports
· Computer skills (Microsoft Office)


Preferred requirements:
· Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
· Being highly proficient with MS Office products (including Excel, Access, Word and
Power Point)
· Experienced with SAP and HFM
· Masters degree in Finance
