Your responsibilities

  • You will foster the thyssenkrupp compliance culture and awareness within the BA ET worldwide in close coordination with the Operating Units and the Corporate Function Compliance at thyssenkrupp AG
  • You will ensure consistent implementation of a thyssenkrupp Elevator compliance strategy within the Business Areal Elevator Technology (BA ET) and support the operating units in compliance related issues
  • You will provide business advice for the regional Operation Units and its respective employees as a reliable business partner to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies focused on anti-trust and anti-corruption
  • You will also support Operating Units and its respective employees of BA ET in implementing the thyssenkrupp Compliance Program, including processes, reporting and documentation
  • You will identify and support to mitigate compliance risks and conflicts of interests across all parts of BA ET business worldwide
  • You will need to customize existing compliance tools to regional needs and develop additional tools and measures fitting into the Elevator business requirements
  • Lastly, you will cooperate with the thyssenkrupp regional compliance officers and contribute to regional compliance know-how

Your profile

  • We are looking for someone with a Master/Diploma in Law
  • A specialization in the fields of anti-corruption/criminal law or antitrust law would be preferable
  • You should have professional experience in-house lawyer or attorney at law
  • Furthermore, you will bring in at least 3 years of working experience
  • We are looking for someone with experience in the work with internationally geographically distributed teams as well as the ability to work in a matrix structured organization
  • You possess high analytical skills and consider yourself as a team player
  • Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach define you
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who wants to take on responsibility
  • Finally yet importantly, you are fluent in English and German
