Senior Global Coordination Manager (all genders welcome) for Engineering Excellence

The Network of Excellence (NoE) is a global Network within the Business Area Industrial Solution. It is comprised of functions like Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the worldwide processing of our customized projects. The bundling of our competencies enables us to be even more efficient in the rapidly changing market environment. We are focused on service orientation and customer satisfaction which have a top priority.

Your responsibilities

  • You support the overall coordination of the global standards, procedures, processes and tools for the Engineering process across organisational responsibilities i.e. within the Network of Excellence and with the different Business Units, Regions and IT-Management.
  • In addition to that you support the coordination of the Engineering interfaces, the split of work with involved local Organisations, partners and third parties.
  • You contribute to the development and maintenance of benchmarks and KPIs (including the calculation of the KPIs) for the performance of the engineering works.
  • The management of internal improvement projects by tracking the progress and achievements and support the implementation of the elaborated solutions is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You support the development of the Engineering competence and capacity analysis.
  • You contribute to the roll-out of all Engineering relevant QM-documents.

Your profile

  • The role requires a degree in engineering or industrial engineering and you have at least more than 2 years of experience in an engineering discipline within plant engineering.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management skills is an asset (e.g. Six Sigma).
  • You take over the responsibility for your work and have a hands on- mentality. 
  • You see yourself as a teamplayer and you are able to carry the positive spirit of our culture into our organization. 
  • Finding smart solutions for our daily challenges is absolutely natural.
  • You are fluent in English and German. Further languages e.g. French, Spanish or Russian are an advantage.
  • You are able to communicate with the client's and internal stakeholders on different levels.
