Your responsibilities

Individual Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Manage customer inquiries for multiple rolled ring applications product from RFQ to quote submission.

2. Support processing of customer purchase orders through the CRM, SAP, contract review/admin order and EFOIS systems with timely and accurate data entry.

3. Coordinate RRM Fast Track customer activities.

4. Assist in cross-functional coordination and resolution as applicable for customer inquiries with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales Admin, etc.

5. Manage demand requirements and pricing agreements for identified customer key accounts to allow for
tracking of customer demand/forecast in coordination with Production Planning and/or Purchasing.

6. Maintain appropriate opportunity and lead metrics for customers within CRM.

7. Participate and support production meetings, whiteboard reviews and other meetings as customer advocate.

8. Monitor aspects of delivery reliability and maintain proper dashboards and charts for reporting purposes.

9. Monitor finished goods inventory, safety stock levels for various key account customers and standard stock items.

10. Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.

11. Actively seek improvements to existing processes and procedures within respective job requirements.

12. Assist in writing and maintaining departmental work instructions.

13. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Office.
