Your responsibilities

  • Function/ Process Tasks
  • Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and customer compliant management.

 

 

Quality Monitor

  1. Responsible for monitoring & checking the quality control of process on site, including 6M \ control plan \ changing point \ Cmk&Cpk \ label \ traceability etc.; using statistical analysis software or/and quality tools to analyzing quality issues.
  2. Responsible for identifying and reporting the quality risk according the process checking & monitoring; Tracking these risks and pushing the relevant department to improve continuously
  3. Responsible for confirming and carrying over the Lessons Learned of group in DPAL plant and closing in system; tracking TOP5 scrap issues and continuous improvement in plant.

Non-conformance parts management

  1. Responsible for deviation evaluation and decision through organizing deviation meeting; responsible for deviation creating in system
  2. Responsible for the request decision of customer special release after SOP.

Audit

  1. Responsible for production audit, release the production audit report, and following up and closing corrective plans;
  2. Responsible for preparing and leading customer annual audit according to customer requalification requirement; tracking and closing the open issues.
  • Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and customer compliant management.

Customer service and relationship maintenance

  1. Managing customer information in terms of product knowledge, workflow, framework of organization etc.
  2. Visiting and communicating with customer periodically, coordinating the resource to improve the service continuous; Providing support on time in terms of technical & files & test & service on site and so on according to customer’s requirements

Customer complaint management

  1. Responsible for the customer complaint information collect, analysis and distribute.
  2. Organize the tracing for the suspect part, make sure the tracing information on time and correct.
  3. Responsible for organizing 8D tem; To carry out the containment measurement & temporary measurement (e.g. sorting/ rework etc.), rework instruction is necessary for the suspect parts;
  • Responsible for Warranty management
  1. Warranty parts management. Responsible for warranty parts information collection;taking back parts, analyzing the root cause according to the failure model and forming the report to give feedback to customer.
  2. Collecting & analyzing the warranty claim expenses, monitoring the gap between the target and actual data periodically; responsible for visiting customer periodically and preaching the typical failure modes which are not caused by TK in order to Bring back or/and stop the claim payment of customer                                         

Temporary tasks

             Other tasks assigned by quality department manager and series quality management manager.

Coordination tasks

             Be responsible for coordinating the resource between QM internal and other department to achieve the target of work.

Your profile

1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical, automotive engineering or electronic etc. engineering major is preferred.

2. English fluent both in written and in oral.

3. Have Mechanical or electronic etc. manufacturing industry background, at least 3-year quality related working experience, and automotive industry experience is preferred.

4. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001 standards and related quality system knowledge.

5. Familiar with quality tool (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP), quality software(Q-das, APIS), product, process and production in production company and the motor car engine work principle.

6. Good organization, communication, coordination and presentation abilities.

7. Have the ability of team work and initiative working attitude.

8. Able to work under stress.
