Your responsibilities

  1. Follow the pre-offer approval policies of TKAG, TKEAG, OU AP and TKE China Head Office to review NI projects and discount application, provide necessary information and data required by decision-making.

2.Review and re-check of NI contracts required signing by CEO/CFO according to company policy to ensure contract commercial risks are controllable.                        

3.Provide daily Q&A about contract risks control for branch commercial people, to establish risk control concept at a broad scope.                       

4.Manage of NI contract templates, to provide guidelines for NI sales in branches.

5.Cooperate with other departments at HQ to support the NI business of branches and solve problems.                   

6.Support the commercial dept of branches to obtain the execution status of company policies.                          7.Manage the latest Spec Memo and Price List released to branches to ensure the identity.

8.Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.

9.Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.

10.Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

11. Other assignments from direct superior.

Your profile

Bachelor degree, major in business management, legal, project management, mechnical and related               

At least 1-2 years experience in elevator industry          

Good in English reading, writing and speaking                

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)             

"Strategic thinking & analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and influence skill.

Excellent negotiation skill

Detail oriented"
