Your responsibilities

  • You will oversee the implementation of global Group Processes & Information Technology (GPI) project support; ensuring geographic / functional / service line readiness and ensure realization of targeted benefits
  • You will define service models and the assess the impact of new services or changes to existing services
  • You will manage outsourced delivery of infrastructure service capabilities and the governance of vendors
  • You will oversee delivery standards and service catalogues
  • You will escalate & resolve IT project, service and/or business issues using agreed escalation routes
  • You will manage finance and budgets (forecasts, actual vs planned, etc.) – actively drive the minimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and implementation costs
  • You will participate in project boards and service review meetings
  • You will ensure the use of global, standardized GPI Service Management processes
  • You will evaluate business risks and issues related to technical implementations including control requirements as well as implement appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely actions
  • You will report required data and reports for analysis in order to facilitate project and service monitoring

Your profile

  • You will bring in more than 5 years of relevant work experience
  • You consider yourself as a high performing individual with sound knowledge in IT Infrastructure & Global IT Services
  • You would bring in experience of outsourcing Global Infrastructure Services to third party suppliers as well as
  • experience of managing a Global supplier to get the best Services for thyssenkrupp Elevator from our contracts
  • You have experience of building and managing a high performing team
  • You have the ability as a member of a team communicating technical and production-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
  • You will bring in strong influencing skills
  • You have the willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • A ITIL Qualification is of advantage
