• Builds strong marketing programs and awareness of the tk Bilstein brand for assigned market segment(s) through the creation of events, promotional literature, email marketing, social media and website content.
• Creates tactical and innovative marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Coordinates and executes trade shows and other industry events.
• Partners with product management and sales to distill key value propositions, functionality, and benefits into product messages.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of content in marketing communications through rigorous quality control, proofing, and data checking.
• Improves the efficiencies of the Sales team through the creation of innovative marketing tools.
• Establishes new, and nurtures existing, vendor/partner relationships.
• Monitors and updates bilsteinus.com content.
• Executes and analyzes the success of marketing campaigns, events and advertisements.
• Supports and maintains social media, marketing systems and Google Analytics.
• Maintains a safe working environment by complying with all safety and environmental policies in the workplace. Advocates for and promotes a safe work environment by reporting Near Misses and/or other safety and environmental hazards, wearing all required PPE and encouraging others to do the same.
• Ensures compliance and safety of all activities within the organization standards and policies.
• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven marketing or communication experience planning and implementing successful event, sponsorship, website and business development/relationship programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to personally create high-quality messaging and content.
• Ability to grasp technical capabilities and translate them into benefits.
• Proven track record of prioritizing high impact activities and keeping complicated projects moving forward, working across cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and very detailed oriented with the ability to keep a lot of wheels turning at once and stay on schedule.
• Works well under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of (List out software that we need and use).
• Displays a positive attitude and passion for winning as a team over individual accolades.
• Must be able to travel overnight and weekends, both internationally and domestically, to all assigned segment events. Incumbent can expect overnight travel to be approximately 40%.
• Highly organized with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exhibits integrity through fair and ethical behaviors in all activities; maintains accountability for performance.
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience developing work processes to improve outcomes for the team/customers.
