T&I Quality Planning & Prototype Quality Assurance

Your responsibilities

  • Function/ Process Tasks
    A. Routine work:

    1. Push tec-center creating related quality system and monitor procedure is executed.

    2. Responsible for prototype workshop process quality and ensure prototype & T&I product quality.

    3. Receive and evaluate customer requirement and monitor it is executed.

    4. Responsible for organizing DFMEA.

    5. Responsible for creating prototype and T&I product incoming control plan.

    6. Evaluate prototype drawing, control plan and propose the quality risk.

    7. Monitor prototype production process and ensure the product quality.

    8. Product release and upload the related quality document into CIM.

    9. Define the trace method and monitor the trace implement.

    10. Join in the T&I product development and give the quality standard.

    11.  Collect and promote customer requirement.

    12.  Share LL to avoid the quality risk.

    13.  Monitor T&I product quality and alarm the risk.

    B. Responsible for customer complaint:

    1. Receive customer complaint and organize 8D team.

    2. Push 8D team to define the actions till close the customer complaint.

    3. Upload relate information into LL system and SAP.

    C. Responsible for handle non-conformance parts:

    1. Supervisory control process quality & Stop production and delivery if needed.

    2. Approve rework work instruction and monitor the rework quality.

    3. Spot check the handling process of the non-conformance parts in series phase, release, scrap and rework. 

    Temporary Tasks
    Other tasks assigned by function manager and quality department manager.

     

Your profile

  1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, automotive engineering or electronic etc. and engineering major is preferred.
  2. English fluent both in writing and oral. 
  3. Mechanical or electronic etc. manufacturing industry background, and automotive industry experience is preferred.
  4. At least 3 years of quality management or supplier management.
  5. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001 standards and related working processes.
  6. Familiar with the core quality tools in the automotive industry and the motor car engine work principle.
  7. Familiar with drawing and the related standards.
  8. Organization, communication, coordination and presentation abilities.
  9. Able to team work under stress and have initiative working attitude.
