Project quality assurance (Series)

Your responsibilities

  • Function/ Process Tasks

A. Routine work:

 

  1. Assist analysis & evaluation of customer requirement (CF-00107);
  2. Be responsible for organize the Lessons Learned process at the start of the project (CF-00023);
  3. Assist project manager APQP reporting acc. to customer specific;
  4. Be responsible for organize updating or moderation of D- & P-FMEA(SUD-00033) and lists of important characteristics(CD-00003) in Apis IQ-RM;
  5. Be responsible for creation of control plans and incoming control plans(CD-00009), training if necessary;
  6. Be responsible for update material data and submission in IMDS or CAMDS;
  7. Be responsible for update of boundary sample catalogues and signature with customer;
  8. Ensuring the product & process quality and tracking & reporting of the project-specific quality status;
  9. Conduction of process readiness audits, incl. tacking of corrective actions;
  10. Assist the Lessons Learned process at the handover of the project(CF-00156);
  11. Checking of drawings and technical documents regarding classification of characteristics, measurability and customer quality requirements. Ensure consistency of important characteristics in all applicable documents;
  12. Coordination of the initial sampling and process for internally manufactured components and assemblies;
  13. Additional tasks for quality improvements and failure prevention;

B. Responsible for customer complaint:

  1. Receive customer complaint and organize 8D team.
  2. Push 8D team to define the actions till close the customer complaint.
  3. Upload relate information into LL system and SAP.
  4. Update FMEA, control plan and related quality document and excute quality actions.
  5. Transfer to process quality assurance to drill wide into serial production.

C. Responsible for handle non-conformance parts.

  1. Supervisory series project process quality & Stop production and delivery if needed.
  2. Spot check the handling process of the non-conformance parts in series project phase, release, scrap and rework.
  3. Evaluate the special release.
  4. Define the trace method and monitor the trace implement. Handover of responsibility from project quality engineer to series quality management , handover finish within 1 month, and follow up 3 months;

  • Other tasks assigned by function manager and quality department manager.

Your profile

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, automotive engineering or electronic etc. engineering major is preferred.

2. English fluent both in writing and oral.

3. Mechanical or electronic etc. manufacturing industry background, and automotive industry experience is preferred.

4. At least 3 years of quality management or supplier management.

5. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001 and the related working processes.

6. Familiar with the core quality tools in the automotive industry and the motor car engine work principle.

7. Familiar with drawing and the related standards.

8. Organization, communication, coordination and presentation abilities.

9. Ability of team work under stress and have initiative working attitude.
