Your responsibilities

Management tasks

  1. Be responsible for setting up department key work plan in according with Group and Company Target; periodically review the performance, to take necessary actions for the deviations, for achieving the KPI.
  2. Establish and continuous improve the department’s work flows/procedures and related documents as well as supervisory control of their performances, ensure the efficiency and quality of the processes.
  3. Manage the environment, health & safety events of the department according to the requirement of company management system.

Employees Management Tasks

  1. Responsible for setting employee target and performance evaluation quarterly and yearly.
  2. To provide the subordinates with training related to TCC business. Permanent extension of Know-How, make employees in department professionalism and skills up to standard and better.
  3. Evaluate the professional skill level of each employee; define and implement employee development plan together with HR periodically and follow up effectiveness.

Function tasks

Innovation

  1. Responsible for organizing collect advanced technical information, data, support research and development work.
  2. According to the company's business needs to introduce external advanced technology.
  3. Organize the technical feasibility demonstration of product development, participate in the feasibility study of product development project.
  4. Organize the implementation of the new product development project, monitor and control the development process and the project cost.
  5. Implementation of innovative development projects up to functional prototypes.

Coordinating tasks (according to the function)

Coordinating Scope

  1. Internal: In department and all the departments within the scope of the whole company.
  1. External: Communication with customers, suppliers, headquarters and government.

 

Coordinating Method

  1. Initiative coordinating
    1. Coordinate functions of HQ T&I to support operation of Camshaft China and global TCC management strategy implementation.
    2. Coordinate PCE and QAM to review customer drawing and prepare deviation list.
    3. Cooperation with HRD on employee hiring, training, development or other tasks.
  2. Be-leaded coordinating
    1. Take the coordinating tasks of PDE on simulation analysis.
    2. Take the coordinating tasks of CTG on yearly OPL and controlling topics.

Development tasks (supervisor and above level) 

1. Other tasks assigned by TCC.

Temporary tasks

1. Introduce and usage of new management method and technology knowledge, enhance employee ability.

Your profile

1.Excellent leading ability and good communication skill.

2.Define goals and evaluate the result by SMART principle.

3.In general, the tasks are defined by the customer requirements and then defined by area-specific project concepts.

4.These tasks should be carried out mainly self-dependently according to the general regulations and the commitment.

5.Bachelor degree in technical etc, better in vehicle engineering.

6.More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive industry, familiar with the working processes in development.

7.Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well.

8.English fluent both written and oral.

9.Skilled on Microsoft software(word, excel, etc.).

10.Additional knowledge and experience in team management is an advantage.
