Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation is currently seeking a National Accounts Contract Administrator t to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The National Accounts Contract Admin is responsible for setting up and maintaining all maintenance contracts for National Accounts along with keeping pricing updated with new price list.

The position includes the following activities and duties but not limited to:

  • Creating new customer
  • Entering Bill to Site and Ship to Site information
  • Entering Customer Profile and Contact information
  • Creating Customer Relationship
  • Emailing NTL biller with Customer Number information
  • Updating existing contracts with any changes required
  • Attach the electronic copy of the form and contract to the correct location in the system
  • New contracts turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours of receipt of request
  • Keep National Contract email box current and also Progress Workbench/Overlay task. 24-48 hour TAT
  • Adhere to establish Department deadlines, which include distributing previous month’s activity report out to each region by the 1st of each month.
  • Consistent follow-up of all open CR request to resolve or closed. Any open CR’s need to be completed or closed by the following month.
  • Process credits and re-bills
  • Process cancellation of contracts
  • Enter or update price list

Your profile

The qualified candidates will have the following:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience in sales, customer service or credit preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with people of all levels of responsibility
  • Experience in MS Office applications especially Excel
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good data entry and computer skill
  • Oracle Financials a plus
