Your responsiblities

We are now seeking a Controller to be based out of our Windsor, On location with responsibility of various accounting and finance functions across multiple sites in Canada & US. The key responsibilities of the Controller position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statement packages & reports
  • Monitor & enforce accounting polices & procedures and related internal controls
  • Prepare forecasts, identify variances & develop corrective actions
  • Support & interact with various levels of management for metric measurements; process improvements
  • Contribute to team effort by driving results
  • Working under tight deadlines with a high attention to detail

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance field; accounting designation preferred
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Work requires Leadership skills & professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
