Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the application management and support for all template applications and ensure stable and reliable operations to the business
  • You plan, initialize and run enhancement and roll-out projects to further harmonize the application landscape
  • You lead a team of functional and technical experts and manage external partners that provide outsourced services
  • You continuously improve the service quality, planning and monitoring the required service levels and budgets
  • You optimize IT service processes, establish guidelines and define sourcing strategies
  • You are partnering with the business on all related topics

Your profile

  • We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT, Business IT or comparable technical education
  • Significant years of professional IT experience in in the area of application management and support, service management and roll-out projects are desirable
  • You also have several years’ experience holding responsibility for staff and leading teams
  • You have deep knowledge of ERP Applications, preferably Dynamics NAV, as well as of ITIL/ITSM processes
  • Appropriate service management and/or project management certifications are a plus
  • Your work is defined by your very strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills
  • We expect a high level of spoken and written English and German; any other additional language is an advantage
  • You are an analytical thinker with high motivation and the willingness to travel
