Your responsibilities

  • You integrate business and non-business specific learning offerings into one global learning portfolio.
  • You implement global governance structures to further professionalize the global learning activities (e.g. common pricing and cross-charging approach).
  • Your tasks include the Ramp-Up of generic regional learning activities as well as business-specific specific learning offerings in a joint effort in regions which are currently not fully covered (e.g. Americas).
  • You will promote corporate wide knowledge and practice exchange.
  • You define, execute and monitor the strategic way forward for the seed campus (business-specific Learning organisation).
  • You set-up and manage global learning needs analysis process to prioritize global learning needs and connect outcomes to regional learning needs analysis process.
  • You drive digitalization of seed campus organization, e.g. by coordinating the rollout of our global Learning Management System and promoting digital learning methods.
  • You lead the regional seed campus directors functionally.
  • You will serve as a top client manager to the “Business Area Elevator Technology” Board and the global business functions, identifying their global learning and change management needs.
  • You will steer the development and rollout of the global programs by leading the responsible learning managers on global and regional level.
  • You will align BA ET wide learning portfolios by developing harmonized learning set-ups for globally relevant, already existing business topics (e.g. Health & Safety) and ensure efficient delivery through the regional seed campus locations.

Your profile

  • We are looking for someone with an academic background
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management – ideally in a consulting, learning and/or change management context.
  • You have the ability to interact on eye level with BA/BU management teams and functional heads.
  • You have a deep understanding of BA ET specific business/management concepts, the BA strategy and business challenges (or ability to quickly develop this).
  • Furthermore, you have the ability to build relationships in a matrix environment and to work in a global network.
  • You are result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a high affinity for learning & transformation topics as well as the willingness to become an ambassador for state-of-the art learning organizations.
  • You are fluent in English, German and other languages are desirable.
  • You have the willingness to travel globally.
