Warehouse Associate

Operating from 35 service centers in 15 countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific enables us to aggregate demand across a single supply chain on behalf of the world’s leading OEM’s, while at the same time providing a truly responsive local service to meet the needs of individual subcontractors anywhere in the world.

Your responsibilities

In a warehouse environment the Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions
  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
  • Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation
  • Perform general clean-up activities
  • Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately
  • Train others when required
  • Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements
  • Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Your profile

Minimum Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use and understand scanning technology

Preferred requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to use hand-held measuring tools
  • Proficiency with the computer beyond the basic level
