Your responsibilities

Summary/Objective

Responsible for creating and managing invoices, billing schedules and maintaining customer relationships.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Bills projects based on contract value and percent complete accounting.
  2. Prepares and submits invoices per customer requirements.
  3. Maintains standard or SOV templates according to AIA standards.
  4. Completes assigned tasked as detailed in the Shared Services SLA manual.
  5. Submits of billing logs to branch for completion on time in order to complete billing.
  6. Completes initial T&E billings within one week of contract booking Oracle
  7. Billing of retention within 5 days of receiving final acceptance
  8. Billing approved turnover requests within 1 business day
  9. Processes change orders within 10 days of receipt
  10. Completes credit/rebill/revisions within 5 days of request
  11. Reviews of monthly under/overbilling report and providing explanations of under billed jobs
  12. Maintains project information on the billing log to ensure proper bill timing and tracking
  13. Reviews of material shipping report in preparation for material billing
  14. Updates percent complete information within Oracle
  15. Notification to sales, contract admin, and operations for contracts that have not been executed prior to material billing
  16. Develops working relationships with all both internal and external customers
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED (general education degree); one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior Elevator Experience preferred
  • Oracle database knowledge
