Director level position working across the Business Unit and Operational Units from manager’s to the VP’s of the Executive staff; to conceptualize an operational strategic vision while leveraging/influencing cross functional teams through business plan development, approval and implementation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to collaborate and align strategic/tactical initiatives within AMS
  • Assist in leading the AMS in lean strategy, implementation and ensure aligned with the TK Production System and the global headquarters
  • Cross functional expertise in both transactional and operational areas of a business enterprise
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, track and implement strategic objectives while adhering to timelines and financial requirements
  • Expert knowledge/experience with SAP, product life cycle and component obsolescence, sales & operating planning and make versus buy strategies
  • Leverage the use of automation via capital expenditure for cost/lead time reductions
  • Lead the definition and execution of the Lean strategy and operational roadmap/footprint
  • Work with manufacturing teams to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost

Your profile

  • BA/BS in economics, finance, operations, engineering, business, accounting or manufacturing related field required
  • Effective interface capabilities within all levels of the organization
  • Develop operational strategic vision while influencing/leveraging other functional groups within the business enterprise 
  • Knowledge in business functions within the enterprise
  • Assist in development of a business cases for the BU and Board decisions. Roll-up organizational data and concisely present for approval
  • Assist in strategic vision for operations and influence/leverage other functional groups within the business enterprise 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, track and implement strategic projects
  • Influence business concepts through proven experience and leadership
  • Able to effectively interface within all levels of the organization
  • Past experience in leading kaizen workshops in the areas of 5S, standard work, visual management, daily management, SMED and OEE gap closure
  • SAP Implementation
