Account Manager

Your responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within assigned customer accounts.
• Identify/Generate and Acquire new business to support profitable growth.
• Responsible for all commercial aspects of customer accounts
• Interface with customer and TKBIA plant for:
o Quotation
o Quality issues
o Contract issues
o Target Agreements
• Manage, communicate and lead customer’s requirements
• Manage & provide direction for product engineering and program management
• Work closely in and with project team in accordance with project management process
• Lead cost reduction activities (TVM, MCR, MCM, etc.) in accordance with product engineering and plant management
• Work with Sales Director in regard of:
o Sales strategies and planning and forecasting
o Provide marketing direction
• Lead quotation process in accordance with project management process
o Calculation in accordance with Plant Management
• Enhance customer awareness of BIA product portfolio
• Continuously improve the profitability of existing business
• Strategically grow business with existing & new customers by offering them a tailored solution throughout the supply chain

Your profile

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
• 3+ years of Sales experience
• 4+ years of experience in Automotive Field ( Tier 1 preferred)
• Established OEM relationships
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of ISO/TS16949:2002 quality standards
• Covisint or other OEM system familiarity
