thyssenkrupp Airport Systems manufactures, installs, operates and maintains passenger boarding bridges through three companies at locations around the world:

1. thyssenkrupp Airports Systems S.A., based in Mieres, Asturias (Spain).
2. thyssenkrupp Airport Systems Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas (U.S.A.).
3. thyssenkrupp Airport Systems Co. (Zhongshan) Ltd., based in Zhongshan (P.R. China)

Your responsibilities

Overall P&L responsibility for the profitable growth and future strategy to reach short & long term financial and operational objectives. Key Driver of pro-active continuous improvement in EBIT, cash and operational performance in the Company. To install effective and efficiency -driven CAR, PSM, ITM, LEX, CPL, ICS processes and reliable data. To steer, implement and ongoing develop and monitor of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. To guarantee the reliable quotation process resulting in a profitable and low-risk order backlog, continuous follow-up on project performance and tight overall company cost-control. To act in a future-oriented manner, responsible for reporting, forecasting & strategic planning, anticipating on EBIT and BCF risks and opportunities, organisational strenghts & weaknesses and to develop and commit to corresponding action plans for the Company. To support OU AIR CFO as reliable and timely report, to enrich MD of the Company as co-pilot. To act as a role-model in all aspects fo Compliance with internal and external Regulators and Codes of Good Leadership conduct

Drive the cultural change with regard to financial reliability and financial performance mindset including implementing continuous improvement KPI setting in all functions and all layers of the organisation, tight overall company cost control and cash collection ownership.

  • Guarantor of a qualified and relevant project bid till project execution process ensuring fade <1%</li>
  • Owner of inventory assets and control processes, ensure the PSM and MFG interface integration in the overall inventory management from a quantitative and timing planning perspective 
  • Support OU AIR CEO/CFO in developing the operational and financial strategy for AIR US; special focus and support on the start-up and growth of the SERV business case in AIR US
  • Define, set and monitor targets and budget for AIR US
  • Act as a Copilot with AIR US MD in carrying out common strategic tasks and meeting their financial goals by providing high quality analysis. Drive personnel and organizational development. Ensure the strict alignment with TK corporate values and compliant behavior.
