Your responsiblities

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Account Representative include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Telemarketing quality services to potential customers.  Quality services such as sorting, inspection, containment, rework, and engineering.
  • Some target customer data will be provided, but this position will also require further research through other sources such as LinkedIn, internet, news articles, and etc.
  • Research to uncover who are the decision makers.
  • Provide a high level verbal presentation, fact find, and qualify interest & potential.
  • If interest and potential is qualified, schedule in person meetings for our New Business Development team.
  • Enter all data into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing initiatives.
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence/documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint i.e. presentations, reports, and other documents

Your profile

Minimum Requirements

  • HS Diploma required with College degree preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • Minimum two (2) years outbound business-to-business phone marketing or inside sales experience. Must have superior verbal and written English communication skills.  Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus.   
  • Experience in Quality Services based industry marketing non tangible services preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as typing skills.
