Technical Sales Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • You will process customers feedback and negotiate for price discount, delivery and payment terms
  • You will process and clarify customer complaints related to wrong, late or shortfall deliveries
  • You will process order intake reporting and liaise with accounts department for sales report
  • You will visit customers to discuss or recommend as needed
  • You will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • You will prepare Field Service Quotations such as Supervision, Commissioning and Preventive Maintenance Services
  • You will support the department head in matters related to sales, marketing and management reporting
  • You will conduct in-depth Customer, Market and Supply Chain Analysis
  • You will set up and maintain “Sales” SharePoint to document Travel Reports and follow up/ track on agreed action items

Your profile

  • You have a relevant tertiary qualification 
  • You possess a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry 
  • You possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • You have an excellent command of English, in both oral and writing
  • You have strong service business and engineering acumen
  • You are able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • You are able to multitask and perform under pressure
  • You are experienced in Project Management tools
  • You possess solid Microsoft Office application skills
