Your responsibilities

  • You will support the intellectual property (IP) budgeting process and you will support R&D Global Initiatives projects.
  • In collaboration with the expert group, you will review and rework the IP processes and guidelines, which will involve participation in telcos, writing meeting minutes, consolidation of documents like guidelines, process descriptions etc.
  • Moreover, you will be responsible for a graphic presentation and preparation of an overview of the IP and KPI’s.
  • Furthermore, you will prepare documents for the OPC (decision council).
  • Besides, you will support the creation and revision of technical manuals and technical documentation.
  • Last but not least, you will plan and organize and summarize international and multifunctional meetings for the global research group and R&D Global Projects

Your profile

  • We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering, physics or a comparable field.
  • You have advanced knowledge in MS office tools, especially Power Point and Excel.
  • Knowledge in CAD tools such as SolidWorks (preferable), Catia, Inventor, ePLan would be a benefit.
  • You are a self-starter and confident in ambiguous situations, with very good verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  • You describe yourself as a creative and open-minded individual, with a strong interest in and sense for cultural diversity.
  • Therefore, you are willing to work in an international working environment.
  • Last but not least you are fluent in English and German, further languages are of advantage.
