thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide.  We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). We are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

Your responsibilities

As part of our Team you will be responsible for: 

  • Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding two global SuccessFactors instances with different modules (LMS, Performance & Goals, Succession and Development)
  • Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders
  • Serving as a part of the 2nd/3rd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
  • Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
  • Preparation, execution and documentation of developer tests and programming solutions
  • Performance of feasibility checks and cost estimations for change requests as well as implementation of change requests
  • Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date

Your profile

  • Basic experience in SuccessFactors, ideally Learning Management or Performance & Goals
  • At least 3 years work experience
  • Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
  • Travelling around 10% (this would be approx. 20 days a year)
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an asset
