Your responsibilities

• Independent and responsible to work on assigned customer tenders / enquiries on the basis of client specifications and international regulations for Asset Management (Operations & Maintenance)
• Evaluation and assessment of bidding strategies, scope and content of tenders / enquiries
• Preparation of proposals (technical and partly commercial) for Asset Management
• Resource Estimation and Costing
• Tender / offer presentations and negotiations until conclusion of contract
• Build up customer relationships within global industry
• Support to local organizations regarding technical, marketing and sales activities to increase market penetration

Your profile

• The role requires education to degree level in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Around 10 years of professional experience in Operations and / or Maintenance of continuous process industry of Heavy Engineering Industry like Mining, Cement or Chemicals
• Distinct customer-orientation and business understanding
• Good conceptual and analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety of topics
• Fluent English, knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. French or Spanish) is desirable
• Excellent social and communication skills to be able to work in very different team constellations
• Strong commitment and proactive attitude, goal-orientation and assertiveness
• Intercultural experience and willingness to regularly travel worldwide
