Your responsibilities

drafting and reviewing all kinds of agreements and binding documents for business and compliance needs of the company, and participating in contract negotiation where necessay;

  • providing legal trainings to internal staffs when necessary;
  • working with various departments, branches on implementing, developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements and company policies;
  • assisting and supporting the senior legal counsel on special projects in China (such as new investment or plant expending projects) ;
  • providing efficient and precise legal advice and support to other departments, branches, affiliated companies under tkE Group and taking a proactive approach to manage legal risks for the company;
  • other tasks assigned by the Department Head and able to work independently with little supervision.

Your profile

QUALIFICATIONS

  • with at least the bachelor degree from a university of good reputation, overseas education background will be a plus;
  • PRC bar admission;
  • 5-7 years working experience with top local private practice /international law firm or multinational corporation.

SKILLS

  • strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and team-working skills with strong sense of responsibility for the work, the team and the company – candidates must be willing to handle tasks for other colleagues in case of any vacancy;
  • solid legal knowledge with business-oriented thoughts;
  • an ability to balance priorities and coordinate work effectively in order to meet deadlines and deal with high workloads, together with a willingness to be flexible;
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese – candidates must be approachable and constructive​​​​.
