Your responsibilities

The department “Strategy, Markets and Development” plays a vital role in setting and driving the execution of the strategic agenda for the Business Area. The team is structured along four pillars: (1) Market & Competition, (2) Strategy & Organization, (3) Project Portfolio management & PMO, and (4) Support of Performance Projects. As part of the team Performance Projects (areas 3 & 4) your tasks will include, among others:

  • You support the expert functions by leading projects & work packages on an interim basis (e.g. project team & stakeholder management, preparation of concepts & analyses)
  • You provide PMO support & coaching (e.g. preparation of top-management communication & meetings/workshops)
  • You provide guidance during project initiation (e.g. definition of scope, approach, timeline)
  • You create / maintain transparency on the Business Area project portfolio (e.g. identification of project status and risks)
  • You further develop the internal Project Management methodology

Your profile

  • You have an university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
  • You have 3-5 years of professional (project management) experience in a similar function, e.g. consulting
  • You ideally have first experience in the elevator, building or infrastructure industry
  • You bring high autonomy and top-notch conceptual & analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety of topics
  • You have international experience, willingness to travel as well as excellent social & communicational skills to be able to work in diverse team constellations
  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken) while German is not a requirement; knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
  • You have resilience, strong commitment and a proactive attitude
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
