Within this new ELP business sub-field, you will be part of a team which is dedicated to execute our market entry strategy and drive business growth. As an energy market expert, you will be responsible to define and shape our strategy for this market, develop relevant business cases and to develop projects at an early stage together with our customers. With the support of our global sales team you will drive project maturity until final negotiations and deal closing.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Your responsibilities will include the continuous development of effective and cost optimized process solutions for alkaline water electrolysis plants (AWE).
  • You will establish a maximum of lean process execution mindset and working procedures.
  • You will be in charge of the execution of basic and detail engineering of alkaline water electrolysis plants.
  • You are responsible for developing innovative process concepts.
  • You will prepare and adapt the process and instrumentation diagrams and equipment specifications.
  • You will lead the technical discussion with clients, suppliers and affiliates.
  • You are responsible for plant commissioning in the startup phase.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of the energy storage and hydrogen division.

Ihr Profil

  • You have a university degree (university or university of applied science) in chemical engineering, process engineering, chemistry or similar.
  • You bring several years of experience in process engineering of chemical plants.
  • You have a structured, precise way of working and a hands-on mentality.
  • Ideally you bring some knowledge in the field of alkaline water electrolysis plants.
  • You are familiar with the procedures and work processes in international groups.
  • You have a good knowledge in MS Office and ideally in Aspen.
  • You bring the willingness to travel worldwide and a cross-cultural competence.
  • You are proficient in German and English.
