The Industrial Solutions business area of thyssenkrupp is a leading partner for the engineering, construction and service of industrial plants and systems. The Service business unit offers high-quality services for industrial plants and systems around the world: from asset management, training, consulting, spare parts management and on-site service to upgrades and revamps. Your responsibilities

  • In this role you are responsible for technical service related sales functions for the Asset Management service offerings.
  • You focus on selling life cycle support solutions into the industrial end user market for new build units. This includes sales, execution, product management (including pricing) and team development.
  • Apart from supporting the Asset Management portfolio offer at all new build accounts in the defined markets you will evaluate and assess potential operations and maintenance projects in combination with new built projects.
  • Furthermore you will identify / evaluate operations and maintenance project results in overall project proposals including organization/staffing, costs and performance metrics.
  • The role will include developing the business by identifying target customers and proving business models that offer acceptable risk/return in close cooperation with local sales team.

Your profile

  • The role requires a degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, business administration).
  • Five or more years of successful selling experience of an operations and / or maintenance based business in an industrial (B2B) company – consulting background would be an asset.
  • You possess knowledge of our customer segments, preferably within the plant manufacturing.
  • You have worked more than a year abroad and proven to manage a multi-national team for business success.
  • You are performance driven with a focus on financial performance and you are able to look for opportunities to develop business at acceptable risk.
  • You are able to translate the customer perspective into attractive offers.
