Your responsibilities

Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限- Use FEA tools to define and optimize product design and accelerate developing process 

- Root cause analysis support for internal, customer and supplier issues, provide FEA reports (english) 

- Support project milestones by complete FEA job in time according priorities 

- Constant enhancement and transfer of the know-how and lessons learned build up by excellent documentation 

 

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

- Static simulations to define dimensions of components (Ansys) 

- Creation and validation of simulation crash models from sub-systems and steering column (PAM-Crash, LS-DYNA..) according to customer specification 

- Performing of functional resistance analysis according to customer specification 

- Performing of topological and topographical optimization 

- Performing of NVH analysis and NVH optimization according to customer specification 

- Analysis simulation/calculation result, create and communicate the simulation reports 

- Support the design engineering at the creation or optimization (technical, cost) of the products 

- Documentation and management in the work area (Folders, PLM..) 

- Support the project manager for holding the timing, technique, cost and quality targets 

- Support the creation and the constant actualization of DFEMA 

- Create lessons learned database
