Your responsibilities




Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限


 


•Manage and lead marketing team to develop marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for aftermarket segment.


•Lead marketing to promote the brands via specific activities both online and offline including auto parts shows,


customer events, WeChat platform, new product campaigns, etc


 


• Manage and support sales function with marketing promotion plan and all POS materials and channels (brochures,


 catalogues, flyers, posters, videos, animations development, dealer club and user loyalty plan set up.) 


 


•Manage and lead online campaign to achieve B2C/B2B/O2O business model on different platform, optimize total


e-commerce solution to support more business development and improve user experience.


 


•Analyses, establish and maintain a local network of external marketing partners (agencies, service suppliers etc.)


Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责


Marcom:


- Manage to participate Auto parts show,road show, fairs and events


- PR, Be in charge of company website, official social media account, press release and communication to public.


- Sales tools, POS material design and supply to support sales and market development.


- Brand reputation improvement on different level of market.


 


 


Digital marketing:


- Official website updates and function development including antifake check, dealer research, dealer training, etc


- Social media account management, topic create, attract and guide more potentail customer interaction.


- E-commerce, apply and manage official shop on main aftermarket online platform, achieve target.


 


- Negotiates and chooses best supplier of marketing.


- Works to minimize costs, improve services and process efficiencies.


- Troubleshoots all operational issues of marketing materials.


- Analysis of consolidation of more suppliers, and look for opportunities for savings.
