Project Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • You will coordinate with the sales department to survey construction sites and provide consultancy for technical issues when receiving notice from the Sales department
  • You will collaborate with Logistics and other Departments to get the best suppliers for the local parts needed for the project
  • You will conduct site survey and confirm drawings for Purchasing Department to order parts
  • You will check and supervise the installation work of the sub-contractor at the appropriate time, reminding and proposing timely measures to ensure sufficient manpower of subcontractors at the site as per agreement signed
  • You will be responsible for reports, attend meetings with investor and sub-contractor at the site to ensure elevator, escalators are installed as schedule
  • You will assign duties to site supervisors
  • You will be responsible for checking safety and environment compliance of sub-contractor
  • You will monitor installation progress of subcontractor and propose solution if sub-contractor doesn't meet installation progress
  • You will be required to report all incidents which happened at site due to third parties
  • You will coordinate with QC team to check installation quality
  • You will track the progress and liaise with the Finance department to make payments to sub-contractor according to contracts signed
  • You will be responsible for handing over of elevators, escalators to customers and finishing all related documentation
  • You will furnish Finance Department with all relevant documents for collection of payment from customers

Your profile

  • You are an university graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Construction
  • You possess good knowledge on elevators and escalators
  • You are able to work in a team
  • You are customer oriented
  • You possess a minimum of 3 years related experience in project management
  • You possess strong leadership skills
  • You possess good English and Vietnamese communication skills
  • You are good at Microsoft Office
