Your responsibilities

This position is to be filled within the Operating Unit Asset Management. In the OU AM, Operation & Maintenance contracts are handled. Once the contract has been awarded, local mobilization is key to smooth start of on site activities. 

  • Your main task is to guide the global mobilization support of Operations and Maintenance service projects at customer site.
  • You support execution of the delivery master plan according to the contract scope by the local project team.
  • You support the implementation of legal and statutory framework according to local requirements.
  • You support the contract execution locally during the mobilization phase (3-6 months).
  • You are part of the establishment of relationship management together with the local project team.
  • You prepare the hand over of all activities to the local project team at the end of mobilization.

Your profile

  • The role requires a degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have several years of professional experience in operations and maintenance in a leading position.
  • You are experienced in project management, process technology background would be an asset.
  • You are proficient in managing of international teams and have gained intercultural experience. You are willing to travel worldwide regularly.
  • You have an assertive appearance and your way of working is characterized as service- and goal-oriented. You are able to work under pressure.
  • You possess excellent English language skills, good German language skills and knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. Spanish) is desirable.
